Public and academic lectures form an important part of my work. In fact, the lecture topics presented here are a reflection of the spiritual realms in which I have been absorbed in recent years. Thus, for example, the Bible forms my point of departure for all others explorations of the worlds of Judaism. Under this title you will find lectures on some of my favorite characters in the Bible. You can also listen to other recent lectures, mainly straddling the worlds of Kabbalah and Hasidism, which have proved themselves to be the most fertile soil for my own thinking about Judaism.
In this realm I turn my attention to two influential thinkers who continue to inspire my life and thought: Rabbi Nachman of Bratzlav and Rabbi Avraham Isaac HaCohen Kook. I devoted to these two masters of Kabbalah a long lecture series at BINA seminar center in Ramat Efal.
You will also find here public lectures such as "The story of the Sefirot" series, an introduction to one of the fundamental concepts of Kabbalah; lectures on the Jewish calendar; and talks on biblical and Talmudic figures.
When listening to a lecture or reading a transcript, please bear in mind that they were part of an ongoing study process that still continues. You may find that certain views that I expressed have changed over time.
All lectures available on the site are in Hebrew.
